20 acre high end mixed master planned project strategically located at the entrance to the Orlando International Airport, at the critical intersection of the Beachline Expressway and Semoron Boulevard
Will include a total of 1,200 apartment units, 600 hotel rooms, 140,000 SF of retail, and over 275,000 SF if corporate headquarter office
Phase 2 will include the development of a new apartment complex along Shadowridge drive that will start with the construction of a central clubhouse, pool, and 419 apartments spread throughout 2 buildings which began construction in late 2023
