About the Property

Gateway Village is a 120 acre, high end mixed master planned project, with multiple phases of development. It is strategically located at the entrance to the Orlando International Airport, at the critical intersection of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528) and Semoron Boulevard (SR 436). The project is developed with full horizontal infrastructure, including master storm ponds, interior streets, all underground utilities, a master signage plan, walkable landscaping, streetscaping, and lighting plans. The project is platted, mass graded with quality soils, and master planned by the City of Orlando for a total of 1,200 apartment units, 600 hotels, 140,0000 square feet of retail, and over 275,000 square feet of corporate headquarter office. Zoning is the most intense zoning of City of Orlando, and would allow significantly higher density.

Phase 2 of the development is a new apartment complex along Shadowridge drive that will start with the construction of central clubhouse, pool, and 419 apartments spread throughout 2 buildings starting in late 2023.
